Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide to us, including your name, email address, login credentials, billing or subscription details if applicable, and the configuration details you choose for your assistant instance.

We also collect service data needed to operate ClawStaffing, such as provisioning records, support requests, audit logs, and runtime telemetry used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

If you connect Google Calendar, we collect the Google account identifier tied to the connection, the scopes you granted, and the calendar data needed to provide the selected feature set on your primary calendar.

How Google Calendar Access Works

ClawStaffing offers two Google Calendar access modes. Read-only mode lets the assistant read event details and free/busy availability from your primary calendar. Read and write mode adds permission to create, update, and delete events on your primary calendar.

We request only the Google Calendar scopes needed for the mode you choose. You can disconnect the integration at any time from the ClawStaffing dashboard.

Long-lived Google Calendar refresh tokens are stored only in ClawStaffing's control plane. Customer runtime instances do not receive the long-lived Google refresh token.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, deploy and manage assistant instances, process requested integrations, generate assistant responses, provide customer support, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

If you connect Google Calendar, we use Google Calendar data only to deliver the calendar features you request, such as schedule summaries, meeting preparation, availability checks, and event creation or updates when you have granted write access.

Google API Data Commitments

We handle Google API data under Google's API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Calendar data obtained through this integration to sell advertising, create advertising profiles, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models for ClawStaffing.

If a user-requested assistant workflow requires sending calendar context to infrastructure or model providers, we do so only to provide the requested feature. We do not provide Google Calendar data to third parties for independent marketing use.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate ClawStaffing, such as hosting, authentication, monitoring, and model or infrastructure providers used to generate requested assistant outputs.

We may also share information when you direct us to do so, when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of the service.

Retention And Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you disconnect Google Calendar, we revoke the stored token when possible and delete the corresponding long-lived credential from ClawStaffing's control-plane secret store.

You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, or legal compliance.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to connect Google Calendar, whether to grant read-only or read and write access, and whether to disconnect the integration later. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date on this page when we make material changes.
