Service

ClawStaffing provides a managed platform for deploying and operating AI assistant instances, related dashboards, and optional third-party integrations, including Google Calendar access when enabled by the user.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use the service only for lawful business or personal productivity purposes.

Google Calendar Integrations

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize ClawStaffing to access your primary Google Calendar according to the permission level you select.

Read-only mode allows event and free/busy access. Read and write mode also allows ClawStaffing to create, update, and delete events on your behalf.

You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the dashboard. Disconnecting the integration will stop future calendar access, subject to any in-flight requests already initiated by you.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, abuse third-party services, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to ClawStaffing systems or other customer environments.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as cloud hosts, model providers, Google APIs, messaging platforms, and identity or monitoring services. Your use of connected third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on them for important decisions. Except to the extent prohibited by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawStaffing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
